Adding and Managing Sub-Accounts
This guide explains how to add new sub-accounts from the Agency Portal and assign each one a specific plan with customized usage limits.
Introduction:
Managing client accounts is simple and streamlined in the Widgion Agency Portal. As an agency, you can create individual sub-accounts for each client or internal team, giving them their own dedicated environment within your platform.
When creating a sub-account, you’ll also be able to assign a plan that defines what features and limits they have, such as the number of workspaces, chat widgets, or help centers they can use. This allows you to tailor the experience and ensure each user gets exactly what they need based on their tier or use case.
In this guide, we’ll show you how to add a new sub-account step by step, and how to assign or update a plan for each one.
Create a sub -account
To create a sub-account navigate to the users tab and click on the button add a new user as shown below
In the popup fill up the user details , name, email, password, and select a plan and click on the add user button as shown below
