Bot agents & AI custom prompts

Introduction

In every chat widget you create you will need to attach a bot agent, this bot agent act has the bot that will be responding to user questions, the bot agent has the necessary training data, business information e.t.c

How to attach a bot agent to your widget

To connect a bot agent to your widget, navigate to your chat widget dedicated page, click the bot agent menu as shown below

In the dropdown, select your bot agent and click the save changes, if you have not created one before click the create bot agent button and it will take you to the page for creating bot agent

Set up your custom prompts and instruction

While we have an internal prompt use to answer your customer questions , you can also add more prompt instructions to fine tune your chatbot responses, in the Instruction input field, you can change the content entirely or modify with your product details as shown below

After each modifications, make sure to click the save changes button to effect your changes.
