Creating your first chat widget

To create your first chat widget, navigate to the chat widgets list page and click the new chat widget button as shown below

In the popup , there are three types of chat widget, help hub , chatbot and a rule base chat widget, select your type and provide a name for your widget and also choose a prefer theme for your widget as shown below

Click the continue button to go to the next step which is to select a bot agent for your widget and edit the prompt by replacing your product with your product name and also you can customize the prompt, if you have not created a bot agent click the new bot agent to create a new bot agent

To finish the chat widget creation click the create widget button at the bottom and this will take you to the widget dedicate page as show button
