Introduction
Lead collections is a way to capture information about your visitors through change conversations
Setup lead collection form
You will need to instruct the bot to collect user information and also set up which informations do you want to collect. Navigate to your chat widget page and click the leads menu as show below
Choose when to ask your customer this information, available options are before the chat is started, during the chat which will trigger after user ask the first question and you can disable it
Form fields
The form fields are the input your customers need to provide, currently only three field are supported, name, email and customer phone number, click the checkboxes to enable the ones you will like to collect
Click the save changes after modifying the settings
Leads
Leads tab is the section where you will see all the leads your chat widget has collected as shown below
You have the option to export your leads as CSV or PDF file, to export select a file format from the export dropdown and this will initiate the download of your leads
