This guide covers all essential settings to manage your chat widget, including how to disable branding, set a custom greeting message, configure security preferences, connect a custom domain, and ensure GDPR compliance. How to disable branding

You can hide branding by navigating to your widget dedicated page -> Settings -> General as shown below



Setup a greeting message

Your widget greeting message , is the first message the bot will send to your customer, you set this up under the widget settings -> general


Widget Security

Under the security tab you can choose to enable visibility for your widget, use the toggle to enable visibility, you will also need to provide the allow domains where the widget can be displayed as shown below



You need to enter the allow domains , each on its own line


Wigdet custom domain

This is use by the iframe and direct link to your widget, you can set up a custom domain for your widget under the domain tab as shown below
