Managing Your Information

This section guides you on updating your personal details, including your name, profile image, email, and timezone. Keeping your information up to date ensures a seamless experience on our platform.

Changing your name

Update your name to reflect changes or corrections. Go to Settings, click My account menu, under the first & last name , you can change or update your name, and click Save as shown in the image below

Updating your profile picture

Personalize your account with a new profile image, Navigate to the settings -> My account , click on the image to choose an image, supported image type are png, jpg, and after selecting your image, click on the save button as shown below

Changing your email address

Modify your email address for account-related communications., You can simply change your email by navigating to Settings -> My account, after changing don't forget to click the save button

Updating your Timezone

Ensure your account displays the correct time based on your location. under the my account you can also update your timezone as shown below, click the save changes button to effect your changes
