Introduction

Pre-chat buttons are buttons your customers click to ask the quick questions, also the buttons can be route to forms to collect information


How to add pre-chat button

To add pre-chat buttons, navigate to your widget dedicated page and click the pre-chat button menu as shown below



Click the add more button on the right , the label is what your users will see , and it can be something like what product do you offer , the type is to select if the button is a question or will be connected to a form,


When you select a question , use the content field to enter what question the customer will need to ask the bot , and if you select form , you will need to select a form you have already created


Make sure you click the save settings button to ensure your changes where saved
