The Help Center allows you to provide customers with self-service support through articles, FAQs, and guides, all in a clean, branded experience. In this section, you'll learn how to create your first help center, customize its design and layout, set up a custom domain, integrate analytics, and configure widgets and settings to match your needs. Whether you're starting fresh or managing multiple help centers, these guides will walk you through every step.
Creating your first help center
To create your first help center, go to the Help Center section, click on the New Help Center button, enter a name, and click Create Help Center to submit, just like shown below.
After submission it will take you to the help center dedicated page.
You can also visit your help center by clicking the visit portal as shown above
Creating collection and articles
You can add articles and collection to your help center by going to content menu and click the button to create collection as shown below
The popup from the right to create your collection, you will need to input your collection name, choose an icon and provide description and click the create button as shown below
How to create articles
You can create articles under your collection by going to the collection page, to go to the collection page click on the collection as shown below
This will take you to the collection page where you can add content like articles or sub-categories using the button add content as shown below
In the dropdown click create new article and a popup will show from the right where you can give your article title, description and content as shown below
How to edit meta information
To edit meta information for your articles click on the settings tab of your article editor as shown below
Here you can add your meta title, description, keywords and image for your article
