Introduction

This guide will walk you through how to set up a form in your chat widget, forms can be use as a workflow where your customers can answer to questions base on their needs

How to create a form

Navigate to your chat widget and click on the forms menu , to create new form click on the create new form button as shown below

Give your form a name referencing name and click on the create form as shown below

To edit your form click the pencil icon on the new form you just created as shown below

This will take you to the page you can add fields to your form , there different fields you can add to your form , they are listed on the right as shown below

Lets add a welcome message to our form , click on the message field and to edit the message just click on the field you click added a popup will show from the right to edit the message as shown below

After editing each field click on the save button to make sure your changes are applied

Below i have added more fields to the form and it is now ready to use as shown below
